The Gippsland region is abundant in natural assets, including its wind and solar resources and with the local skilled workforce will help to drive Victoria’s renewable energy transition. Victoria and specifically Gippsland has world-class wind resources, and the shallow seabed of the Bass Strait making it a very desirable area for Offshore Wind.
Renewable energy can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, create jobs and provide a sustainable energy supply.
